On September 10, local time, China Railway Seventh Group, a subsidiary of CREC, received the preliminary inspection certificate for the Oromia High Court project in Ethiopia from the client and supervisory units. This marks the successful completion of a key phase in the construction of the project.
The project, located in Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia, consists of two underground floors and 15 above-ground floors, with a total construction area of 34,000 square meters. It is Ethiopia's first modernized High Court office building. During the construction phase, nearly 400 local employees were involved, accounting for 95% of the total workforce, and dozens of local engineers and managers were trained. This contributed significantly to China Railway Seventh Group's experience in the building sector in Ethiopia.
The Oromia High Court project is part of Ethiopia's efforts to enhance the quality and functionality of its judicial facilities, ensuring the public has access to more fair and efficient judicial services. The client expressed satisfaction with the current progress and looks forward to further development, which will provide improved services to the local community.
