Mr. Tu Haiming, a Hong Kong resident of China, currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company, as well as the Deputy Director of the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Overseas Chinese Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), and a member of the 14th CPPCC National Committee. He is also the Chairman of the Hong Kong New Era Development Think Tank Limited. Mr. Tu began his career in 1983 and has held positions such as reporter for Shanghai Liberation Daily and Editor-in-Chief of Hong Kong Prosperity magazine. Since February 1990, he has been Chairman and General Manager of Hong Kong Howdoo International Limited, and since February 1992, Chairman of Shanghai Howdoo Real Estate Development and Management Co., Ltd. Since September 2017, he has been Chairman of the Hong Kong New Era Development Think Tank Limited, and since December 2020, he has served as Vice President and Visiting Professor of the “One Country, Two Systems” and Basic Law Research Institute at Jinan University. In August 2024, he was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company. Mr. Tu graduated with a degree in Journalism from Fudan University and later obtained a Master's degree in Executive Business Administration from the School of Management at Fudan University.
